Creative Communion

With the persons I call, home

Shalom Shalom A little bit about Moi?

I love trying to capture what it means to live and move and have my being in Yahweh. I am open to express and capture this creative union in which ever way I feel led to. Even with letters after my name I don't profess or even aim to attain a skilled level in all mediums or expressions, but like a child I love to play, explore & express the abundance of a multi dimensional life in the persons I call home.

Ephesians 3:18–19 Then you will be empowered to discover what every holy one experiences—the great magnitude[a] of the astonishing love of Christ in all its dimensions. How deeply intimate and far-reaching is his love! How enduring and inclusive it is! Endless love beyond measurement that transcends our understanding—this extravagant love pours into you until you are filled to overflowing with the fullness of God!

So my creative expression explores, through a variety of mediums, his astonishing love & mystery in all its dimensions. I hope you enjoy my creative explorations. If you would like to join me on retreat, exhibition or buy from the shop (opening soon) so you can pause and reflect on my "pieces of creative conversation", do keep an eye on Out of the blue website for details.

A bit more info

After working with people of all ages in Greater Manchester for eighteen years I set up Birds of Paradise Arts in 2010. Offering a flexible arts pathway that nurtured creativity at the same time offering specialist art therapy services as needs reflected at community level at any given time.

In 2014 having worked across the statutory and voluntary sector using art materials for the purpose of Fun, Education and Art Therapy, Birds of Paradise became a Community Interest Company. In 2018 after celebrating all that was achieved in the North West & abroad, it was time for Birds of Paradise to fly to a new home. We flew to Cornwall, South West of the UK.

Out of The Blue our new home has allowed the curtains to be pulled right back so that folk can now see, not only my own approach to my art making, but the source and inspiration behind it. It also became clear within my 15 years work as a HCPC registered mental health professional and 10 years spiritual inner healing work the need to support the practical element of decluttering which led us to set up a declutter service.Allowing us to care for the whole person & environment.

I hope you join us on this journey.
